Commercial Asbestos Pickups
Bulk asbestos waste collection for commercial sites, builders, and property managers.
About This Service
For builders, property managers, and commercial site operators who need bulk asbestos waste removed from their premises. We provide scheduled and on-demand pickup services with proper chain-of-custody documentation, waste tracking certificates, and EPA-compliant disposal at licensed landfills.
What's Included

Collection From Commercial Sites
Commercial pickups are usually the tail end of someone else's job. A strip-out crew has pulled up vinyl tiles, a plumber has taken out lagged pipework, a fit-out has exposed sheeting behind a wall, and now there is material on site that cannot stay and cannot go in the skip.
We collect from commercial, retail, strata and industrial-adjacent premises across Sydney, wrap and seal to the required standard, and dispose of it at an EPA-licensed facility with documentation back to you.
Access, Timing And Loading
On a commercial site the collection itself is rarely the hard part. Loading dock access, lift bookings, after-hours security, and keeping the route out of the building away from staff and customers are what determine how it goes.
Tell us the floor, the access route and any dock or lift restrictions when you book, and we will bring the right vehicle and the right crew size. If the building requires inductions or a permit to work, let us know in advance rather than on the morning.
Keeping The Paperwork Straight
Commercial waste disposal gets audited in a way residential rarely does. Head contractors want it for the project file, building managers want it for the asbestos register, and insurers want it when something later goes wrong.
Every collection comes with disposal documentation naming the site and the material. Keep it with the building records.
What We Collect From Commercial Premises
Vinyl floor tiles and backing lifted during a fit-out, cement sheeting exposed behind a wall or ceiling, lagging stripped from pipework by a plumber, switchboard backing panels taken out during an electrical upgrade, and roof sheeting from a repair.
We also collect material that has simply been found — the stack behind a storeroom that nobody can account for, or sheeting uncovered when a tenant moved out. If nobody knows what it is, say so, and we will treat it as asbestos until it is proven otherwise rather than the other way round.
If what you have turns out to need a licensed removal rather than a collection, we will tell you at the point of quoting. Those are different jobs under NSW law and the distinction is not one to improvise around.
Common Questions
- Can you collect from an upper floor?
- Yes. Tell us the floor, the lift situation and the dock access when you book so we bring the right crew and vehicle, and book the lift if the building requires it.
- Do you work with head contractors?
- Regularly. If there are site inductions, permits to work or a site-specific safety requirement, tell us in advance and we will have it sorted before we arrive.
- Can asbestos go in the site skip?
- No. Asbestos waste must be separated, wrapped and taken to a landfill licensed by the NSW EPA. Mixing it into general site waste is illegal and creates a problem for whoever handles that skip next.
- How quickly can you collect?
- Call 0449 960 184 with the site details and we will give you a time. We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
- Who is responsible for asbestos waste on a commercial site?
- The person conducting the business or undertaking at the workplace carries duties for asbestos on site, including its safe handling and lawful disposal. In practice that usually sits with the building owner, the managing agent or the head contractor, and the disposal documentation needs to reach whichever of them keeps the register.
