Asbestos Removal Blacktown

Blacktown and the surrounding Western Sydney suburbs were developed primarily in the post-war period, with thousands of homes built using asbestos cement (fibro) as the primary cladding material. These homes, now 50–70 years old, frequently have deteriorating asbestos materials that require professional assessment and removal.

Our team provides comprehensive services across the Blacktown area, including full house re-cladding, bathroom renovations, and fence replacement. We offer competitive pricing for Western Sydney homeowners without compromising on safety or compliance.

Blacktown's fibro homes are now well past the point where their cladding was designed to last. Sheeting that is cracked, chalky, drummy underfoot or missing its paint film is far more likely to release fibres than sound, sealed material, and the same applies to the fibro fences, garages, sheds and carports that fill the area's back yards. Many homes also have asbestos in eaves, bathroom and laundry linings, and behind wall tiles.

Full re-clads are a large part of our Blacktown work. We remove the entire external sheeting, the eaves and any fibro outbuildings in one planned job, so the house is only opened up once and the builder can start on new cladding straight away. Work areas are fenced and signed, the ground is sheeted so nothing is left in the soil, and the site is cleaned and cleared before we leave rather than being handed over half finished.

Cost is the reason many Western Sydney owners delay, so we price the job properly up front. A quote follows an inspection, covers removal, disposal at a licensed facility and the clearance where one is needed, and is fixed rather than an hourly estimate that grows once work starts. Owners doing the job in stages, such as the garage first and the house later, can have it quoted that way instead of being pushed into one large bill.
